Started back in 2012, French homebrew developer Lecornec François has created new versions of Barbarian for the Amstrad CPC, Commodore 64, Spectrum and Atari ST, Amiga 500, Apple II and PC. He then set about porting the game to the Sega Mega Drive!
A physical copy of the game has appeared on a French retro gaming forum, but it is currently unknown whether or not the game will be sold on cartridge or not.
