Battletoads & Double Dragon: The Ultimate Team is a 1993 fighting video game developed by Rare and published by Tradewest. It was originally released for the Nintendo Entertainment System and later converted for the Sega Mega Drive, Super Nintendo Entertainment System, and Game Boy.
Battletoads & Double Dragon is a crossover between the Double Dragon and Battletoads series, respectively from Technos Japan and Rare. In fact, the game includes the main characters of Double Dragon, Billy and Jimmy Lee, two young twins expert in martial arts and includes the three humanoid frogs protagonists of Battletoads. The game engine and game design is entirely based on those of Battletoads.
